Continuous Improvement Manager

Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a well-established manufacturing company to locate their next Continuous Improvement Manager.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Compensation: $100k - $120k

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

What will your day look like?

Lean Implementation: Lead the development and execution of Lean initiatives, including Kaizen events, 5S, value stream mapping, and waste elimination.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements across operations, materials flow, quality, and cost.

Training & Coaching: Serve as an internal expert, training and mentoring cross-functional teams on Lean tools, Six Sigma methodologies, and ISO standards.

Metrics & Reporting: Develop KPIs, monitor project results, and communicate progress to leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive sustainable improvements.

Who are you?

Experienced Leader: 5+ years in operations or continuous improvement roles, preferably in discrete or process manufacturing.

Lean & Six Sigma Expert: Certified in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt). Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other industry ISO standards strongly preferred.

Data-Driven: Proficient in using data and statistical tools to analyze performance and recommend solutions.

Change Agent: Comfortable leading change in a fast-paced production environment with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

Excellent Communicator: Able to influence at all levels and translate technical concepts into clear action plans.
