Project Executive

AGS has been mandated on a Project Executive role to lead key phases of a major multi-disciplinary heavy civil project for a nationally respected contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, execution, financial performance, and client relationships.

Serve as the senior interface with Caltrans, stakeholders, and JV partners.

Lead high-performing teams across engineering, operations, safety, and commercial functions.

Drive risk mitigation, quality assurance, and timely delivery of project milestones.

Represent the contractor at executive-level meetings, partnering with owners

Requirements:

15+ years of experience in heavy civil infrastructure (transportation, highways, rail, or bridges).

Proven leadership on Caltrans projects valued at $100M+.

Strong knowledge of public procurement, DB or CM/GC delivery methods, and Caltrans standards.

Exceptional communication and executive presence.

PE license or CM certification is a plus.
