Your Role at VMG

Lead project teams to deliver on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee project planning, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Manage contracts and subcontracts, ensuring full compliance with all terms and conditions.

Monitor project progress, proactively resolving challenges to keep things on track.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.

Track financial performance, addressing variances to maximize profitability.

Promote and enforce safety standards across all project sites.

Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence.

Stay ahead of the curve by integrating emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.

What You Bring to the Table

️ 10+ years of project management experience in commercial HVAC, plumbing, or related industries.

️ Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial construction projects successfully.

️ Strong organizational and multitasking skills to juggle multiple projects.

️ Deep understanding of construction principles, practices, and building systems.

️ Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.

️ Proficiency in project management software and tools.

️ Passion for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
