Responsibilities

Engage with customers, SI partners, and eGain professional services to develop requirements for integration with and extension of the SaaS platform

Specify, document, and own Open API, event, and widget interfaces and SDK

Education and Experience

B.S. in Computer Science (or related field) from top-tier U.S. university, with 5 years of relevant work experience

M.S. in Computer Science (or related field) from top-tier U.S. university, with 3 years of relevant work experience

Aptitude section – this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less)

Functional section – this is a take-home programming test

Step 2: Panel interview (in-person at eGain Sunnyvale office)

Compensation

Base salary range is $130,000 to $160,000 per year.
