Project Manager

We Search People are working with a premier custom home builder based in McLean, VA. They are known for creating exceptional luxury residences and delivering bespoke homes that reflect the highest standards of design and construction. They're seeking a talented Project Manager with a strong background in high-end residential construction and estimating to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple luxury custom home projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery

Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors

Conduct detailed pre-construction planning, budgeting, and estimating

Prepare and review project scopes, schedules, and cost forecasts

Oversee site progress, quality control, safety standards, and compliance

Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and maintaining strong relationships

Solve issues proactively and maintain forward project momentum

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in high-end custom home construction

Strong estimating experience, with ability to create detailed budgets and cost analyses

Deep knowledge of high-end residential building methods, finishes, and materials

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, or similar)

Local knowledge of McLean and Northern Virginia luxury markets is a plus
