They are currently seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to provide direct support to multiple executives.
Job Description:
This role is a full-time, in-office position (5 days per week) providing strategic and administrative support at the executive level for multiple executives. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and possesses the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. This individual will work cross-functionally to manage calendars, coordinate meetings and events, and oversee essential office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, events, and travel across time zones
Maintain strict confidentiality while handling executive-level matters
Coordinate meeting logistics including document preparation and follow-up actions
Assist in compiling executive presentations, reports, and spreadsheets
Act as liaison between executives and internal departments for streamlined communication
Handle expense reporting and reconciliation for executives
Support event coordination for internal and external gatherings
Manage and maintain executive files and key documentation
Prioritize incoming matters and support leadership in daily decision-making
Provide occasional assistance with office management responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience supporting senior leadership
Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role to multiple executives at once
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional presence
High level of discretion, judgment, and ability to manage confidential information
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset
Experience coordinating projects or initiatives across departments is a plus

This position requires a highly polished, reliable professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being the point person for executive support. Must be local to the Alexandria, VA area and available for on-site work Monday through Friday.
