Sales Analytics Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales/Revenue Analytics Manager to our dynamic, cross functional and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales data analytics, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights. As the Sales Analytics Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for understanding and utilizing sales systems, collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide metrics, reports and real time dashboards. The role is also critical in ensuring accurate and efficient management of quota attainment and sales compensation processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and systems, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
As the Sales Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for transforming raw sales data into actionable insights that drive growth. You’ll work closely with sales leadership, marketing, operations, and product teams to develop data models, dashboards, forecasts, and performance metrics. Your insights will directly impact strategy, execution, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
Analyze sales funnel metrics, conversion rates, customer segmentation, and territory performance.
Partner with sales leadership to drive territory planning, quota setting, and incentive compensation modeling.
Lead forecasting processes using historical trends, pipeline data, and external market intelligence.
Identify opportunities to optimize pricing, sales strategy, and go-to-market planning through data insights.
Collaborate with marketing to evaluate campaign ROI, lead quality, and channel effectiveness.
Design, build, and maintain dynamic sales dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau.
Write complex queries and automate data pipelines using SQL and Python to support reporting and analytics needs.
Build data visualizations and presentations to support executive decision-making.
Maintain data integrity and ensure consistent, accurate reporting from CRM and other sales tools.
Work cross-functionally with IT and RevOps to enhance data infrastructure and automation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or MBA a plus).
6+ years of experience in sales analytics, commercial operations, or business intelligence
Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets and Python for data manipulation, automation, or modeling.
Advanced experience with Power BI and Tableau for dashboarding and data visualization.
Solid understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and revenue reporting.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with CRMs preferably Salesforce
Highly organized, analytical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in MedTech or regulated healthcare environments.
Familiarity with tools like Snowflake
Prior work supporting GTM strategy, territory design, or compensation modeling.
