Our challenge
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Core Banking Platform - FlexCube Techno Functional Manager - to lead our team in managing and optimizing FlexCube core banking system. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with a deep understanding of banking operations. They will be responsible for the successful implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of FlexCube solutions to meet business objectives.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Iselin, NJ is $130k - $150k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage FlexCube implementation and upgrade projects.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on FlexCube configurations and customizations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Ensure the FlexCube platform aligns with business processes and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the maintenance and support of the FlexCube system.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in FlexCube.
Strong understanding of banking operations and financial products.
Proven project management experience, preferably with PMP or similar certification.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred, but not required:
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management in banking.
Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
