Description:

We are looking for a sharp, organized, reliable, motivated professional with superior attention to detail to be a Client Relations Assistant. The Client Relations Assistant works in a team-oriented environment to deliver a seamless and integrated approach to client service for the Firm. The ideal candidate will be passionate about client service and will use communications and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level of client satisfaction at all times.

Duties:

Prepare all client and custodian paperwork

Manage workflow of onboarding new clients

Input accurate data into multiple systems (CRM system, filing system, custodian sites, etc.)

Research, follow-up, and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, account custodians, professional consultants, and other staff in a timely and professional manner.

Back up for other positions in the office

Required:

Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

Efficient in research, troubleshooting, task management, and follow up

A focus on detail and accuracy

Ability to prioritize and independently manage your daily tasks. Must work effectively on your own and as part of a team

Maintain a “client-first” service focus

Excellent operational and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex work, be self-directed, and quickly develop a full understanding of our business

The aptitude to learn and understand the financial services industry

Preferred:

Minimum 1- 3 years of financial services experience

Experience with both brokerage and advisory platforms

Schwab and Fidelity advisor service platform experience

Full Time Position:

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits package. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location

Base Salary Range: $65,000/yr - $90,000/yr, based on experience and qualifications.
