In this role, you'll take end-to-end ownership of features that impact thousands of users, helping health systems run efficiently and improve patient care.

What you'll do:

Work directly with co-founders to ship features and achieve customer goals.

Engage with customers and end-users to refine product features.

Influence engineering culture and the product roadmap.

Key problems you'll solve:

Build a staffing recommendation system using patient volume data, labor costs, and clinical skills.

Integrate with EHR systems for real-time patient data and demand predictions.

Connect with hospital workforce tools without disrupting critical processes like payroll.
