Superintendent

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on projects over $25 Million.

Commercial Construction Experience

Project Coordination & Safety

Enforce safety standards and oversee safety planning, execution, and documentation.

Lead project planning, including pre-job planning, construction methods, and site logistics.

Develop and maintain the Site Utilization Plan.

Manage CPM schedule development, updates, narratives, and fragments for changes or delays.

Coordinate equipment needs with the Project Manager.

Review monthly subcontractor pay applications against actual progress.

Drive daily/weekly vendor and subcontractor coordination; resolve issues to maintain schedule.

Track time and costs accurately; monitor reports to identify and correct budget variances.

Administer the Quality Control Program.

Fulfill all jobsite reporting requirements (daily logs, SOS, two-week look-aheads, schedule updates).

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant jobsite.

Prevent and document subcontractor change orders and back-charges.

Ensure proper project closeout per contract.

Maintain regular worksite presence.

Perform other duties as assigned.
