Day to Day:
Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Assist in planning and executing lab buildout projects, including initial site assessments, timeline management, and cost analysis.
Maintain and update project using scheduling using tools to track and make sure deliverables are being met.
Prepare detailed reports and project documentation, highlighting progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Proactively identify issues and work with team members to develop actionable solutions, ensuring smooth project execution.
Be flexible and responsive to shifting priorities, supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Must Haves:
1-4 years of experience in project coordination / project management (maximum, this is an entry level position)
Lab Building experience ( R&D labs preferred, any sort of lab build is good, Chamber build out, data center build out, etc. )
Very strong communication skills and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Strong experience in Scheduling tools (MS Project, Priamavera P6, Smartsheet, Asana, or transferable)
