Construction Project Manager

Experience: 8-10 years (California experience required)

We have two projects that we need this construction and safety manager for:

• Twin Peaks: smaller project and we are planning to start construction in May, finishing in September.

• Denali larger project and we are planning to start construction in September, finishing mid 2026.

What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency

Manage contracting, budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution

Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, permits, and inspections

Lead contractor onboarding, risk assessments, and change orders

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of experience in construction management

Expertise in clean room construction, commercial projects, and chemical production installations

Strong background in project controls, permitting, and compliance

OSHA 30 & First Aid/CPR certifications required
