Are you an experienced Software Engineer with full stack experience, looking to join a very promising startup in an environment with little bureaucracy and fast iteration? Do you want to help develop core software infrastructure that enables intelligent agents to automate real-world tasks across 1000s of platforms?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing series B AI startup backed by top-tier investors. The team is pioneering new capabilities in no-code AI agents that can collaborate across channels like email, Slack, and Zoom—handling open-ended tasks in dynamic environments while learning and improving over time.

As part of a focused, high-caliber engineering team, you’ll take ownership of critical product features, working across a full-stack TypeScript system built on React, Next.js, and Node.js. You’ll help design robust backend services, build intuitive frontend experiences, and ensure that features are deployed quickly and reliably at scale

The Role

Architect and implement scalable, efficient backend systems

Build and maintain frontend experience in React/Next.js

Develop internal tools and integrations with 3rd-party APIs

Contribute to design and decision-making alongside product and design

Own features end-to-end—from code to deployment, observability, and maintenance

Hybrid (4 days a week)

The Person

3+ years of software engineering experience in full-stack or backend-focused roles

Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern backend frameworks

Experience designing and operating distributed systems (e.g. streaming, retries, caching)

Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time system architectures

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with high ownership
