Lead and manage process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement sustainable solutions.
Partner with internal teams to standardize processes, reduce risk, and increase operational efficiency.
Track and report on performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of process changes and recommend enhancements.
Drive change management activities, ensuring stakeholder alignment and smooth transitions.
Develop and maintain detailed process workflows and documentation.
Provide guidance and support to other team members or departments regarding continuous improvement practices.
Align improvement initiatives with organizational priorities and strategic goals.
Analyze and report IT-related metrics; collaborate with IT teams for process-related implementations.
Skills Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in process development, improvement, and performance tracking.
At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Change Management.
Proven track record of leading continuous improvement projects across diverse teams.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage risk in process change initiatives and implement mitigation strategies.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field.
Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
