Our client, a popular cosmetics brand is seeking a talented Graphic Design Lead to oversee and manage a small remote team of designers. In this role, you will report directly to the Brand President and collaborate with multiple teams to ensuring top-quality visual content across packaging, digital assets, and in-store displays. The ideal candidate will bring their experience of leading teams and attention to detail to transform ideas into polished and impactful designs.

This is a HYBRID role requiring the selected candidate to be able to work onsite 3 days a week.

TEMP-TO-HIRE

Rate: $50-65/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, support, and manage a team of graphic designers

Oversee the creation of visual content for packaging, emails, digital banners, and retail displays

Collaborate with marketing, product, and copywriting teams on creative concepts

Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and proper reviews

Approve design work and maintain high standards of creativity and quality

Develop design guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Foster a collaborative team environment with a focus on design best practices

Qualifications:

Minimum 7+ years of graphic design experience

At least 2+ years in a leadership role

Strong portfolio demonstrating your creativity and design excellence

Proficiency in design and project management tools

Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

Attention to detail and ability to handle creative feedback effectively

Well-versed in modern digital platforms
