Our firm is conducting a nationwide (USA) search for an exceptional Butler to support a highly confidential international client. This unique opportunity involves frequent travel between the client's US residences in locations such as New York, Los Angeles, Palm Beach, and Jackson, as well as occasional international travel. While the client is open to recruiting from anywhere in the United States, candidates currently living in Palm Beach or New York City are preferred.
The ideal candidate will be a certified Professional Butler, having graduated from a top-tier Butler training academy. We will also present individuals with lead butler experience on superyachts or similarly prestigious hotels to this client for consideration. Proficiency in advanced English is required, and knowledge of Latin-based languages, French, and some Eastern European languages would be advantageous but not mandatory.
This role requires a seasoned professional adept at providing impeccable service for a wide range of guests, from heads of state and Fortune 100 business leaders to prominent figures in philanthropy who are often in the entertainment industry. The successful candidate will be highly skilled in various international service styles, comfortable serving in both formal and informal settings, possess exceptional valet skills, and have advanced sommelier abilities.
A minimum of ten years of verifiable experience is required, with a preference for candidates with significant tenure with a single employer. Given the client's frequent travel schedule, the Butler must be prepared for extensive travel, hold a valid US passport, and be fully vaccinated, including the most recent COVID-19 boosters. Complete flexibility regarding schedule and work hours is essential. As is standard practice, the final candidate will be subject to a thorough background investigation.
While the specific salary range is open for discussion, we anticipate a starting salary in the vicinity of $200,000 annually, with the potential for higher compensation, up to $300,000, for candidates who demonstrate exceptional longevity and credentials.
