Position - SAP Callidus / Workflow Developer

Location – San Jose, CA // Onsite

Exp. – 7+ yrs

Contract – 6 Month

Roles & Responsibilities

Strong experience in SAP Callidus (ICM) or SAP Workflow development.

Proven hands-on expertise in ABAP/4, SAP Scripts, SmartForms, and BAPIs.

Strong understanding of SAP SD, HR, FI, and CRM modules and their integration with workflows.

Knowledge of CallidusCloud architecture, commission rules, incentive compensation plans, and data modeling (for SAP Callidus roles).

Proficiency in workflow customization, event handling, and BRF+.

Experience with SAP Fiori, UI5, and integration with SAP Workflow is a plus.

Familiarity with S/4HANA environments and SAP BTP tools is advantageous.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

SAP certifications in relevant areas (Workflow, Callidus, or Integration).

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
