Position Overview: We are seeking skilled SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) Engineers to join our team. These roles are crucial in the manufacturing and assembly of electronic components, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Specialize in the process of mounting electronic components directly onto the surface of printed circuit boards (PCBs).

Design and optimize SMT processes.

Select appropriate materials and equipment for SMT.

Ensure quality control and troubleshoot issues in the SMT process.

Collaborate with design and production teams to improve efficiency and reliability.

Oversee the entire PCB assembly process, including both SMT and through-hole components.

Ensure the correct placement and soldering of components.

Conduct inspections and testing to ensure functionality and quality.

Work on process improvements and cost reduction strategies.

Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of components.

EV industry experience desired

Qualifications:

BS Degree

Proven experience in SMT and PCBA processes.

Strong understanding of electronic component assembly and manufacturing.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong communication skills.
