Digital Operations – Email, Web, and Analytics.
Summary:
We are seeing a results-driven Digital Operations Contractor to execute core marketing initiatives across email, web, analytics, and related platforms. This role requires a process-oriented team player proficient in various technology platforms, capable of coordinating across stakeholders on time-sensitive projects. The ideal candidate will support high-profile marketing initiatives, manage crucial data, and work closely with senior management and the digital marketing team. They will also have experience within financial services, preferably investment management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management:
o Execute and report on email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
o Manage and update web/portal content in Adobe Experience Manager.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Work closely with content strategists, marketing partners, and compliance teams to ensure all content is accurate and approved before deployment.
o Actively participate in weekly meetings to schedule upcoming events and campaigns.
o Collaborate closely with other members of the digital marketing team.
• Platform Support:
o Provide support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, and various analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe, Tableau). Occasionally assist with Cvent and InvestorFlow.
o Draft, review, and deploy email templates, ensuring all mechanics and details are correct.
o Create new web experiences and pages, and make updates to best position the business.
o Perform data cleanup projects and coordinate undeliverable email management.
• Reporting and Analysis:
o Generate and analyze reports on campaign performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and provide intelligence to business development.
o Assist in business validation during development testing (UAT) and support training sessions.
Must-Haves:
• Experience:
o 2-4 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email platforms
o 2-4 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar web/content platforms
o Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, as well as CRM platforms (Salesforce)
o Familiarity with SEO and SEM
o Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
