On-Site requirement: 5 days per week - no flex here
Rate / Salary Range: $90-$95K + benefits

Position Overview
Our agency client is seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join their team FULL-TIME! You will lead their creative team in delivering innovative design solutions across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both print and digital design, with the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality standards and brand consistency. You will not be managing direct reports but you will oversee designers and copywriters for the campaigns you're overseeing.
Key Responsibilities
Inspire, oversee, and lead the direction of integrated client campaigns, primarily for clientele in the hospitality, food and beverage, tourism industries and more.
Determine objectives, budget, background information, and presentation approaches with relevant staff.
Assign projects to appropriate creative staff.
Finalize all print visual design, including typography, visual concept, and logo design.
Communicate and coordinate with Account Managers to ensure visual design meets client expectations.
Lead creative aspects of projects and provide final approval.
Provide ideas, backup support, and cross-training to improve quality and efficiency.
Participate in internal team meetings and meetings with senior staff.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director in Interactive, Agency Creative, or Graphic Design.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Ability to create superior, original designs for print.
Solid understanding of client deliverables and responsibility for them.
Knowledge of print structure and functionality.
Experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory, and typography in both print and digital media.
Proven track record of successful design and project delivery on time.
Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
Ability to work with a diverse range of clients.
