Backed by a $177M Series B, this is an opportunity to shape clinical strategy from IND through early development and help guide the company on a future path to IPO.

Progressing preclinical-stage oncology company with proprietary ADC platform

INDs planned for 6 solid tumour programs (Don't worry... not HER2 lol)

~36 FTEs, Bay Area HQ, hybrid model

Strong scientific and investor backing

Lean, collaborative culture with experienced leadership

Ideal Candidate:

MD or MD/PhD with oncology and IND experience

Background in ADCs or bispecifics preferred

Comfortable in small biotech/startup settings

Able to lead clinical strategy and represent the company externally

Small Biotech Experience needed
