The Job

In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences through a combination of design sensibility and technical expertise. Your key responsibilities will include:

Design and implement user interfaces that balance aesthetics with functionality

Create reusable component libraries and design systems

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design implementation

Build and maintain interactive prototypes for user testing

Work with the founding team to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Contribute to UX/UI design documentation and style guides

You

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX implementation skills

Proficiency with Typescript and React

Proficiency with Figma

Experience with a startup environment

$85,000-$120,000 annual salary
