Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Administrative Assistant to support daily accounting and administrative operations at our kiosk manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable and receivables, purchasing, and general office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Assist with purchasing and tracking inventory or supplies
Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
Support general office tasks, including filing, answering phones, and scheduling
Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams
Provide administrative support to the accounting and operations team as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative roles
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Experience with accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
