We are seeking a Safety Admin to support our safety department with data entry and general clerical duties. This is a part-time temporary position ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry
Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing safety records
Assist with preparing safety reports and maintaining department documentation
Communicate effectively with internal staff
Qualifications:
Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
Strong data entry and organizational abilities
