DESCRIPTION: Working 90% out of the home office but at times helping clients in the field from Longmont, to Boulder, or Denver and the surrounding areas. Hence the vitality of having reliable daily transportation for travel. The Administrative Assistant supports the Administrator, Manager, Care Coordinator, Scheduler, Spanish Care Coordinator As an Ambassador of High Point Home Care, this team member must demonstrate our core values in HELPing clients and their families with patience, kindness, selflessness, respectfulness, honesty and commitment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer phones and assist callers in a courteous, professional manner, retrieve incoming mail and faxes daily, keep a track of family caregiver timesheets, clock ins/out. Participate in agency projects and meet deadlines. Prepare materials and support the rest of the administrative team as needed. Audit office files and maintain updated caregiver and client records. Monitor Clear Care, our Electronic Visit Verification program, that all caregivers are present and clocked in and out of their shifts. All other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic Microsoft programs A MUST. Aptitude for attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent attendance. Present a professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines. Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively. Willing to follow standard processes and procedures and constructive criticism. Absolutely must have reliable transportation to have the ability to drive to clients' homes when emergent needs are necessary. Organizes and prioritizes multiple tasks with a sense of urgency. Must be a team member dedicated, compassionate, and have a positive attitude toward visitors, clients and the communities in which we serve.
