Speech Language Pathologist

Seeking full-time or part-time Family Physicians to provide comprehensive care including preventive, chronic, pediatric, reproductive, mental health, and urgent care services in a diverse community health setting.

Work within an integrated Care Team alongside various healthcare providers, leading clinical care and participating in resident teaching opportunities starting July 2024.

80% of time dedicated to direct patient care, with visits scheduled in 20-minute blocks, primarily via in-person, phone, or video.

Qualifications include board certification, CA license, experience in community health preferred, bilingual in English/Spanish highly desirable.
