This RN leadership role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for external applicants.

Serves as a team leader, clinical resource, coach, and facilitator, ensuring positive, productive, and fiscally responsible unit operations.

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care to optimize outcomes across all ages.

Leads and mobilizes the care team, follows up on issues, and supports staff development and performance evaluations.

Creates work schedules, manages clinical and operational concerns, and collaborates on fiscal management and resource allocation.

Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and promotes a positive work environment through effective communication.

Requires RN license in Virginia, BSN preferred, with 1-2 years clinical and leadership experience. Certifications like CPR, ACLS, PALS, and NRP are necessary.

Additional training in de-escalation required for Psychiatry/Behavioral Health. The role is full-time, day shift, based in Cardiology.
