CLOVEHITCH is seeking a dynamic and results-driven director of intelligence and technical programs to lead, manage, and grow our portfolio of intelligence and technical programs. This senior leadership role is accountable for the full profit & loss (P&L) performance of programs spanning geolocation operations, deployed operations, signals intelligence (SIGINT), remote sensing, and financial analysis & consulting. This position will provide strategic oversight, operational excellence, and business development leadership within their functional domain, ensuring program execution aligns with corporate goals, client expectations, and federal compliance. Key Responsibilities:

P&L Ownership:

Manage the financial health and performance of a diverse portfolio, ensuring profitability, cost control, and long-term sustainability of all assigned programs.

Program Leadership:

Provide executive oversight of intelligence programs, including SIGINT/geolocation operations, remote sensing initiatives, and field-deployed teams. Ensure operational excellence, contract compliance, and high-quality deliverables.

Strategic Growth & Capture:

Identify, qualify, and lead the pursuit of new business opportunities in your portfolio lane. Collaborate with business development and proposal teams to win recompetes, expand scope, and secure new contracts aligned to mission needs.

Team Development & Leadership:

Lead a team of program managers, technical SMEs, and field personnel. Foster a culture of accountability, mentorship, and high performance across dispersed and deployed teams.

Client Engagement:

Serve as a senior point of contact for federal agency clients, ensuring satisfaction, responsiveness, and mission-aligned support. Act as a trusted advisor on technical operations and intelligence solutions.

Operational Strategy & Innovation:

Drive innovation across technical areas such as geolocation analytics, remote sensing, signals exploitation, and intelligence reporting. Leverage emerging technologies and methodologies to improve outcomes and operational efficiency.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Ensure adherence to internal controls, security protocols, and government regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS, ITAR). Maintain a continuous improvement mindset and operational audit readiness. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred

10+ years of experience in intelligence operations, technical program leadership, or defense contracting

Proven success managing multi-million-dollar P&L portfolios

Strong understanding of geolocation, SIGINT, remote sensing, and federal acquisition processes

Demonstrated experience leading teams in deployed or mission-critical environments

Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills

Active TS/SCI clearance preferred; ability to obtain clearance required
