Position Purpose: Partner with health plan provider operations departments, sales, risk adjustment, quality and other health plan departments to enhance strategic provider relationships and develop avenues for communication that enhance member and provider engagement, claim trends and regulatory changes.

Develop and implement project plans to drive solutions for revenue and program deployment while leading a team of internal and external resources

Collaborate with various vendors and internal departments to drive key business initiatives and solutions across the enterprise to meet and exceed goals

Identify and develop enhancements and new functionalities to member and provider websites to increase self-service and provide information to members and providers

Assist with implementation of new applications and reporting to identify trends

Communicate business objectives as well as technical complexities of the program to key stakeholders at various levels of the organization

Create tools for health plans to utilize in provider education to achieve goals for electronic transactions

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of project management, provider relations, contracting, health care operations, or medical management. Experience in Managed Healthcare or Medicaid/Medicare industry.

Candidates must be in the state of Ohio to be considered for this position. This person will be allowed to work remotely full time, but also required to travel and attend meetings in-person occasionally (up to 20%).

Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
