This leadership role oversees senior/client care, ensuring staff compliance with regulations and maintaining high standards of practice.

Responsibilities include organizing staff orientation, coordinating schedules, supporting quality assurance, and managing complex cases to meet individualized care plans.

Provides regional support through monthly visits, case conferences, and administrative on-call duties, with travel between service areas using a company vehicle.

Supervises and fosters positive team relationships, addressing concerns and removing barriers to success.

Qualifications include RN licensure, a BSN, at least 3 years of nursing and supervisory experience, and knowledge of Medicare regulations.

Requires effective communication, physical ability to perform job duties, and willingness to travel.
