Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting 600 long-term care facilities across the Midwest, expanding continuously.

Immediate part-time openings for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with an interest or specialization in geriatric psychiatry in Rockford, MI.

Positions offer daytime hours, Monday to Friday, with no weekends or on-call, flexible scheduling, autonomy, and increased patient interaction.

Requirements: NP or PA degree from an accredited university, valid license and DEA in the state, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of mental health care and Medicare standards.

Responsibilities: providing psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management for geriatric patients at various facilities; seeing 12-15 patients daily; collaborating across disciplines.

Preferred: 1+ years of geriatric mental health experience, familiarity with Medicare guidelines.

Compensation starts at $56/hour, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and bonus opportunities.
