Utilizes the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—tailored to patient needs.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications, treatments, and patient education.
Ensures safety, documentation accuracy, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Plans for patient flow, manages unit operations, and evaluates nursing care quality.
Maintains proficiency with medical equipment, health information systems, and medical orders.
Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of nursing experience, RN license, and BLS certification.
Work schedule varies; full-time position.
