The Nurse practices independently, providing routine and complex care while demonstrating awareness of clinical situations.
Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, medication administration, documentation, patient education, and delegation.
Utilizes critical thinking, evidence-based practices, and adheres to safety and regulatory standards.
Manages patient flow, unit operations, and ensures quality care through effective communication and resource management.
Maintains accurate health information documentation, operates medical equipment, and processes medical orders efficiently.
Reviews patient charts, interprets data, and ensures patient safety by following safety protocols and reporting incidents.
Requires a BSN preferred, at least 1-year experience, BLS certification, and RN license. Full-time position, schedule TBD.
