We are seeking a compassionate Audiologist to perform disability assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's benefits process.
Review Veteran medical records via a secure online portal
Conduct in-person Maryland CNC and Puretone Audiometric tests
Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) for VA documentation
This role involves no treatment responsibilities; disability determinations are made by the VA.
Part-time schedule: 3 days/week (Tues-Thurs), in-person
Caseload of 3-6 Veterans daily
Equipment provided, including computer and documentation tools
Ideal candidates have an Au.D., current license, and proficiency with electronic records. Strong analytical, time management, and empathetic communication skills are essential.
