Now offering a $10K sign-on bonus, this nursing position involves providing independent, comprehensive care in a specialized 36-bed cardiac unit.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, with a focus on complex cardiac cases such as post-CABG, valve replacements, and thoracotomies.

The role emphasizes patient safety, effective communication, patient education, and adherence to clinical standards and regulations.

Competencies include utilizing the nursing process, managing patient flow, unit operations, and ensuring quality care through evidence-based practices.

Technical skills involve health information documentation, equipment management, medical order processing, and chart interpretation.

Qualifications: BSN preferred, 1-year relevant experience, active RN license, BLS, ACLS (within 6 months), and additional certifications as required.
