Licensed Practical Nurse (PT and FT Opportunities, 1st, 2nd, 3rd 8

The Clinical Manager oversees pediatric clinical services, collaborating with executive and medical staff to develop programs that improve care quality and satisfaction.

Requires RN licensure in New Mexico, with BSN preferred, and certifications in BLS, NRP, and PALS or ENPC.

Must demonstrate strong clinical, leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience in team collaboration and working with physicians.

Minimum 5 years in pediatrics or women’s services, plus 2 years of progressive management experience.

Reports to the Chief Nursing Executive; works in a clean, well-lit environment, with flexible hours, and is subject to stressful situations and emergencies.
