Description:
Seeking experienced RNs with â ¥2 years labor and delivery experience for a full-time role with a $10K hiring incentive.
Provides independent, complex nursing care in a specialized clinical setting, using the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, while documenting patient data and educating families.
Ensures patient safety, follows clinical standards, manages unit operations, and facilitates patient throughput.
Utilizes health information systems, maintains equipment, and processes medical orders accurately.
Requires a BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS, and certification in electronic fetal monitoring, NRP, with new hires attending orientation and completing competency validations.
Work schedule is 7AM-7PM; ACLS preferred. Must meet all regulatory and safety standards to promote quality patient outcomes.
