Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 7p-7a and 7a-7p Shifts - DSL

We are seeking a compassionate Pediatric Rehabilitation Nurse to deliver comprehensive care to children with disabilities or injuries.

Provides routine and complex nursing care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Creates personalized treatment plans, manages pain, administers medications, and supports mobility rehabilitation.

Educates caregivers on long-term care and recovery strategies.

Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.

Utilizes nursing standards and protocols, monitors treatment effects, and documents patient information accurately.

Requires a BSN, RN license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of related experience preferred.

Position is full-time and emphasizes independence, clinical judgment, and delegation skills.
