Radiologic Technologist - Naples, FL

Seeking a competent Nurse with experience in similar clinical settings to provide independent routine and complex care, focusing on patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

Utilizes critical thinking to address patients' physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs, documenting thoroughly and educating patients and families.

Manages patient flow, anticipates admissions/discharges, and ensures unit safety, equipment functionality, and compliance with regulations.

Follows standards, policies, and clinical procedures, maintaining accurate health information documentation and ensuring patient safety.

Possesses a BSN (preferred), with at least 1 year of experience, and holds current RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and additional certifications as required.

Work hours are 7PM-7AM, full-time. The role emphasizes quality care, interdisciplinary communication, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
