Clinical Supervisor (RN) Bonus

Now Offering a $10K Sign-on Bonus for this RN Emergency Department position at a Level 2 trauma center.

Provides independent, complex care in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, assessing and stabilizing patients with critical injuries or illnesses.

Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team including RTs, pharmacists, residents, and attendings.

Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, addressing patients' physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs.

Ensures patient safety, proper documentation, medication administration, and patient education.

Maintains compliance with healthcare laws, standards, and quality improvement activities.

Requires BSN preferred, RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and other certifications. Experience in emergency or critical care preferred.

Work schedule varies; full-time position.
