The Nurse provides independent, comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of each situation.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, while addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
Administers medications, monitors treatment effects, documents patient information, and educates patients and families.
Delegates tasks appropriately to other care providers to manage clinical situations effectively.
Meets competency expectations in self-leadership and team leadership, adhering to ANA standards.
Requires a BSN preferred, at least 1 year of relevant experience, BLS certification, RN license, and ACLS within 6 months.
Per diem role with no more than 950 characters.
