Responsible for assessing patients, developing care plans, and delivering quality nursing care for diverse patient populations, including pediatric to geriatric.
Provides supervision to LVN/LPNs, nursing assistants, and clerical staff, possibly acting as charge nurse.
Develops, updates, and implements comprehensive nursing care plans based on assessments.
Delivers safe, therapeutic patient care, accurately documents procedures, and evaluates patient responses to interventions.
Educates patients and families, acts as a role model and preceptor for staff and students.
Maintains effective communication, advocates for patient safety, and reports unsafe practices.
Utilizes nursing process, manages patient flow, and supports unit operations.
Ensures compliance with safety standards, policies, and healthcare regulations.
Requires a BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS, and 6 months+ experience. Full-time position with flexible schedule.
