Senior Lead Software Engineer, Back End

The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, administering medications, documenting care, and educating patients and families.

Utilizes the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—using critical thinking and evidence-based practices.

Plans for patient throughput, discharge, and transfer to ensure smooth flow and effective communication.

Manages unit operations, including staffing, equipment, and supplies, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Ensures quality care through adherence to safety guidelines, quality improvement activities, and accurate documentation.

Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of experience, RN license, BLS certification, and availability for night shifts.
