Seeking a competent RN with independent practice in similar settings. Provides routine and complex care, plans long-term goals, delegates appropriately, and manages contingencies. Meets competencies in self-leadership, patient care, and unit operations. Utilizes the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—while addressing patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs. Administers medications, documents care, educates patients and families, and ensures safety and quality standards. Demonstrates proficiency with clinical policies, health information systems, medical equipment, and patient safety protocols. Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience, BLS certification, and RN license.
