Delegates tasks appropriately to care team members to optimize patient management.
Meets expectations in self-leadership and team leadership, following ANA standards of practice.
Utilizes the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—to care for patients.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, providing education to patients and families.
Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring outcomes and side effects.
Documents patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately.
Assesses learning needs and offers education and resource guidance.
Job requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of related experience (preferred), BLS certification, and an active RN license.
Full-time position, Monday-Friday 6:30AM-3:00PM, with call responsibilities requiring a 30-minute response time.
