The Nurse practices independently, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering medications, documenting care, and educating patients and families.

Utilizes critical thinking and the nursing process to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.

Coordinates patient throughput, discharge planning, and unit operations efficiently.

Ensures safety, adheres to regulations, and promotes quality care through evidence-based practices.

Maintains accurate health information documentation, manages medical equipment, and processes orders correctly.

Interprets patient charts, recognizes safety issues, and reports incidents promptly.

Qualifications include a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of experience, BLS certification, and an RN license. Schedule varies, full-time position.
