IT Customer Support Analyst I

Seeking a qualified RN to lead patient care teams across multiple facilities in southwest Missouri and northern Arkansas.

Summary:

Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes.

Provide direct and indirect patient care while leading, motivating, and inspiring team members.

Ensure compliance with Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.

Lead staff to meet objectives, foster confidence, and enhance employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and active Missouri RN license.

Preferred: 5+ years clinical experience, including 1+ year as charge nurse and in area of specialization.

Strong communication, leadership, critical thinking, and time management skills.

Certifications: BLS (within 90 days), NRP (within 1 year).
