Travel Nurse - LPN - LTC - Long Term Care - / Week

The Primary Care Clinician Nurse collaborates with healthcare teams to provide seamless, high-quality care within the clinic, ensuring patient safety and adherence to best practices.

Responsible for coordinating wellness and chronic illness activities for the entire patient population, with success measured by outcomes like patient satisfaction and clinic quality metrics.

Acts in clinical leadership, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving to achieve positive care outcomes.

Requires RN licensure in New Mexico, BSN preferred, BLS certification, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience.

Supervises medical assistants, supports staff training, and ensures uninterrupted clinical care, working closely with clinic leadership and dyads.

Must meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and working under stress, with exposure to clinic hazards.
