RN House Supervisor - Every Other Weekend

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers patient care tailored to the specific age group, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality service aligned with unit standards and organizational goals.

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure in New Mexico or a Compact state.

BLS certification needed within 2 weeks of hire; other certifications must be obtained within 6 months and maintained thereafter.

Possesses current knowledge of patient care, communicates effectively across developmental stages, and respects patient rights.

Supervised by the Patient Care Director or Manager; works in environments with exposure to bloodborne pathogens and infectious diseases.

Must handle emergency situations, perform physical tasks involving patient handling, and operate in a flexible schedule. Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and good vision and hearing.
